What is Bestest Ever-Ever Manager Award?

The professional discussion will validate and explore your experience. The assessor will make their judgements based solely on the information in your submission and your performance during the professional discussion.

Assessors are experienced management consultants and understand the requirements for ChMC. You will be contacted directly by your assessor to arrange a convenient time for your professional discussion. Professional discussions will be recorded for quality assurance purposes.

The professional discussion will last between 90 and 120 minutes and will be a virtual discussion using video conferencing.

Do I or the nominee have to be a member to enter?

To be eligible to participate in the award (as a nominator or a nominee), you must be a current CMI or IC member.

I am a member of CMI but volunteer in another capacity, can I still enter the competition?

To be eligible to participate in the award you must be a current member of one of the following CMI volunteer communities:

● UK Regional & Devolved Nation Boards

● International Regional Boards - Hong Kong; Malaysia; Sri Lanka; Singapore

● Board of Companions

● CMI Women Advisory Committee

● IC Advisory Committee

● CMI Race Equity Committee

● ChMC Oversight Board

Can I nominate more than one person?

Yes, you can nominate as many volunteer members as you like, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria.

Can I nominate myself?

Yes, you can self nominate but you would require a referee from one of the following CMI communities:
