Wednesday 09 June 2021For the second event in a series of four events, CMI’s Wales Regional Board, supported by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) Wales Cymru will be exploring an ecosystem that allows for the fast flow of talent, information, and support systems and resources that helps entrepreneurs quickly find what they need at each stage of growth. They will be discussing the challenges facing companies and government, in both domestic and foreign markets, and to build the culture of trust that allows them to interact successfully. This may involve learning new leadership skills, coaching, mentoring and networking and taking deliberate steps to confront any shortcomings and become the leaders their organisations need them to be.
