Tuesday 17 January 2023

It's time to step up and take action. According to the World Economic Forum, the UK performs poorly on measures of social mobility by international standards. CMI's Everyone Economy research found that there are 420,000 missing managers from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

Carol-Ann Whitehead, The Zebra Partnership, hosts this digital event featuring Kirsty Watson from CMI's NEYH Regional Board and Delight Maspasure from K's Wors. They share key insights from lived experiences and discuss steps employers can take to make a real difference.

In this digital event...

  • Develop your knowledge on the subject of social mobility from the lived experiences of speakers
  • Learn how your organisation can implement changes to include people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds
