With this now in its 20th year, watch our host Matt Roberts, along with our guest speakers, Chartered Manager of the Year award winners discuss their views on how management has changed over the last 20 years. This digital event also celebrates CMI’s 75th anniversary, by exploring what is next for modern management and the main barriers across five key themes; social-economic background, ethnicity, gender, disability and age.
