Thursday 12 March 2020‘Bouncing Back’ is a new interview series with outstanding leaders sharing their hard-earned lessons on how they managed in tough times and triumphed over adversity. Personal conflict, reputation crises, project failure and business collapse. Adversity is part of the job for leaders. But those who succeed learn from failure and bounce back stronger.
Most leaders have been through adversity at some point of their career, but it’s not a topic that gets discussed much. We created ‘Bouncing Back’ as a platform to learn from each other in dealing with tough times and building resilience.
