1. Make sure it has a purpose, and everyone knows what it is
Meetings can sometimes become a habit, but without a real purpose they can be a waste of time. Knowing what you want to get out of the meeting can make sure the week starts off in a productive and intentional way. This purpose could be connection, a quick review of the work everyone has on, team building, or a deep dive into a particular task. Whatever it is, the purpose should be clear to those attending.
