Mr Tay Woon Teck is the Managing Director of RSM’s Risk Advisory division. He works closely with Boards and the C-suite in designing a risk management framework that links corporate strategies to risk management activities, corporate governance and internal control activities. He is concurrently an Executive Director with the firm’s Corporate Advisory division, advising clients on corporate strategies, succession planning, profit improvements and cross-border M&A transactions. His work covers a wide range of industries in the UK, the US, Canada, China and ASEAN countries.
Dr Paulina Chan CMgr CCMI
Dr Paulina Chan received PhD, DIC in EEE specialising in Communications at Imperial College London, MSc (Business) at Birkbeck College, University of London, and PhD (honoris causa) International Open University - WHO/UNICEF Alma-Alta Declaration Her career includes Managing Directors and expatriates of AT&T/Lucent Technologies in the US, Asia/Pacific Region, and the EU; Project Director of Exxon/Mobil Corporation Headquarters, New York NY; China Regional General Manager and expatriate of ICO Global Communications London and Beijing; and Senior Adviser of the EU for Hungary.
Mr Indhra Kaushal FCMI
Mr Indhra Kaushal Rajapaksa is the President of the Plastics and Rubber Institute of Sri Lanka. He holds an MBA (Vinayaka Mission University, India) and is Chairman and Managing Director of Kalhari Group of Companies. Skilled in Business Planning, Operations Management, Coaching, International Business, and Team Building. Strong entrepreneurship professional with a Fellow of the Plastics and Rubber Institute of Sri Lanka focused in Polymer from Ananda College.
Datuk Seri Dr. Md Zabid CMgr CCMI
Datuk Seri Dr. Md Zabid Abdul Rashid is CEO Tun Abdul Razak Education Foundation, and board members of several businesses and NGOs. He has a B.Sc Agribusiness, UPM,, M.Sc Wye College, University of London, D.E.A (Aix-Marseille), and D.Sc in Management, (Aix-Marseille/ESSEC). He has extensive experience in academia and management experiences in public and private institutions, universities, and NGOs. His expertise includes strategic management, research management, cross-cultural management, higher education, digital transformation and business analytics. He has written several articles in Malaysia & abroad.
