On successful completion of a Level 7 qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership, a number of progression opportunities become available:

• Enhance your professional status by upgrading your CMI membership

The CMI SCQF Level 11 qualifications in Strategic Management and Leadership are designed for directors and senior managers who have the authority and personal inspiration to translate organisational strategy into effective performance. These qualifications require directors and senior managers to build on their skills in strategic management and leadership and to focus on the requirements of inter-organisational strategy.

The Assignment Briefs listed below can be used by all CMI Approved Centres in the following ways:

• Use the Assignment Brief as is and Assess and Internally Verify the learners assessment within the Centre
• Use the Assignment Brief but contextualise for the customer needs (N.B. The Learning Outcomes and Assessment Criteria cannot be changed)
• Issue the Assignment Brief to the learner and CMI will mark the assessment externally
