Wellbeing video series from CMI Malaysia

Between April and June 2024 CMI Malaysia delivered a 6 part video series on the important topic of wellbeing.
The videos feature CMI Malaysia Board Members Major Dr Prebagaran Jayaraman (R) FCMI and Dr. Guna Seelan Rethinam CMgr FCMI.
The videos explore some of the themes outlined in Dr. Guna's recent article titled 'Wellbeing: How to help your team attain it - and maintain it' (which is also available on the CMI Malaysia webpage).
