Management 4.0
Developing the next generation of managers and leaders.CMI’s Management 4.0 campaign seeks to answer a fundamental question – what are the skills that managers and leaders will need in a workplace and world transformed by new technology, new business models and societal changes?
We are currently in the research phase of the project, which is covering three research streams: learning from disruption, understanding and managing the new psychological contract and effective governance in the Fourth Industrial revolution.
Look out for our final report due to be published in June 2020. In the meantime, you can keep track of our campaign on social media using #ManagementTransformed.
