Views from a recent CMI event: “Men as Role Models”
Monday 13 March 2017Blog by Karin Lutz

The discussions reiterated my view that we need more male role models to become everyday agents of change; both men and women need to drive forward gender re-balancing in the workplace.
In my role championing D&I within EY, any opportunities to benchmark activity and views that stimulate the gender-parity debate are always welcome.
