Training Provider of the Year: who made the shortlist?

The modern workplace may be getting more complex, but certain guiding principles remain simple. For example, if we want better management, we have to invest in developing people. 

The good news is that plenty of training providers are working tirelessly to equip learners with the skills they need to flourish in a fast-moving world. CMI’s Training Provider of the Year award celebrates the outstanding teams at CMI partners who are helping shape learners’ experience, professional development and personal performance.

Three training providers made the shortlist for this year’s award. All of them get to benefit from the recognition. Making the shortlist can help these organisations measure their progress; reward their teams for the hard work they’ve put into developing others; demonstrate their value to new and existing students; and benchmark their performance against other providers. 

It’s no surprise, then, that these teams expressed their pride and sense of achievement at being selected.
