The workplace is full of new ways of doing things. New ways of working. New ways of communicating. And now with the advent of generative AI, we’ve even new ways of producing documents and information. 

In the excitement, it’s easy to forget that to make room for the new, you need to get rid of the old. And not everyone will be racing to embrace the shiny new things; in fact they may be really nervous about their capability to step up – and what it will mean for them personally.
