Find out how

With the deadline for entries (5 July) fast approaching, now is the time to start filling out that entry form and gathering any supporting material for the CMI Awards of Excellence.

Don’t forget – two categories allow individuals to self-nominate. These are Chartered Manager of the Year and Volunteer of the Year (although the latter also encourages nominations from others). So, if you are an individual who is at the top of their game – as either a beacon of great leadership or a tireless volunteer – don’t be shy!

Our Student of the Year, International Student of the Year and Apprentice of the Year categories are open to nominations from institutions/organisations. The winners of these awards will be ‘ones to watch’ – individuals who have embarked on a journey to being a future leader (and are already demonstrating outstanding capability and commitment). Is there an apprentice in your organisation, or a student on your course, who matches this description? Nominate them now.

Institutions themselves will also be recognised for the work they do in equipping learners and students with the management and leadership skills they need to flourish. We’re looking for partner institutions/organisations to put themselves forward for HE Partner of the Year, International HE Partner of the Year or Training Provider of the Year.

You can download nomination forms and detailed submission criteria for each category. But first – to help give you an edge in your entry – here are some quick tips from this year’s judges…
