The Crystal Lecture 2020
Monday 30 November 2020This is the 27th Annual Crystal Lecture held in partnership with the University of Wolverhampton. Helen Sylvester, Regional Director Americas, British Council presents this year’s lecture entitled “Inclusivity in a Post-Covid World”.
None can deny the importance of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) to successful organisations, and achieving these goals requires dedicated leadership effort. As ways of working evolve, with teams increasingly connecting across borders, working remotely and more flexibly, managers and their workforce are faced with new challenges and opportunities.
