Recent CMI research highlights that women's jobs are 19% more at risk than men’s due to the pandemic. In the UK and globally, COVID-19 has impacted job losses most significantly for women. Looking ahead, unfortunately it is projected that the pandemic could take female progress in the workplace back decades. We also know that some businesses have had to innovate to maintain momentum and endure during the pandemic.
