Managing more flexibility: a Singapore perspective

Currently, up to 75% of employees who are able to work from home can be in a workplace at any one time, according to the Ministry of Manpower guidelines.
Now that remote working is becoming a norm and businesses have made improvements in their practices to enable remote collaboration, the workplace is no longer just in the office – it’s wherever you are. As more employees can now return to their place of work, some may want to choose where they work, and ever more companies are adopting a hybrid working model where employees have the flexibility to work remotely and in person.
