Here is how to rate your boss, or even yourself, as a leader. You can use these criteria to rate anyone; they may even give you a different way of debating the relative merits of Boris Johnson and Sir Keir Starmer or Joe Biden and Donald Trump. We will use five criteria which followers value most in their bosses. If you do well on these criteria, you are in danger of becoming the boss people want to work for, not the boss they have to work for.
