Tackling Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Report

The Fawcett Society has recently published a report on how to tackle sexual harassment in the workplace. This report includes a review of the current research available, and identifies essential requirements necessary to create a workplace that does not tolerate sexual harassment. The report consists of current research available across multiple disciplines alongside evidence from a CMI survey, whereby managers from the CMI community were asked to contribute.
