Women in Advertising and Communication Leadership (WACL) is an industry networking organisation that brings together senior female leaders in marketing, communications and media.

WACL’s aim is to accelerate gender equality and this #FlexibleFirst Toolkit, produced with contributions from CMI, provides reasons for flexible working practices and how they can be adopted as an industry standard. It gives leaders the information and strategies they need to implement two-way flexible working in their organisation.
