Stuart Duff’s iLead is the winner of the Management and Leadership Textbook category of CMI’s Management Book of the Year 2016.

iLead is a suite of three unique books focusing on explaining and developing the essential skills of People, Task and Thought Leadership.

Professor Karin Moser, who is Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Head of the Division of Management, Marketing and People at London South Bank University, and an Honorary Professor at London Metropolitan University, helped judge the category and said iLead was a book all managers, regardless of experience, could learn from.

“This is a very contemporary, but also very unusual, book – it is not your classic textbook,” she said. “It is a great collection of exercises, inputs and tasks to make you reflect and help you with your decision-making.

“I am absolutely convinced that this is a great resource across the board from students to very experienced managers.”

Students of Ravensbourne College also competed to produce videos to illustrate each of the five category winners, with this entry from Sam Jennings winning the Management and Leadership Textbook category for his video promoting iLead.
